Senior Commercial Manager

**Commercial Leadership Role**
This senior commercial position will drive the execution of key business initiatives and enhance commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the Associate Director of Partnerships in contract renegotiations and existing partner tender processes.
- Develop and/or assess new partnership or alliance opportunities.
- Onboard new partners and negotiate contracts.
- Drive business case proposals to enhance partnership and/or alliance performance.
- Manage operational resources to support partnership and alliances activities.
- Enhance performance, governance, and risk frameworks and operating rhythm frameworks.
- Support business owners to drive improvements in sales and customer experience outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- 7-10 years of financial services experience.
- Experience in supporting large partner pursuits and managing large partnerships at senior levels.
- Formal qualifications in a relevant area such as a degree in business, commerce, accounting, finance, or analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and engage a small team to create a high-performance culture.
