Due to strong and continued growth, Tallan Group is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Supervisor / Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role

As a Supervisor/Project Manager at Tallan Group, you will play a critical role in the delivery of insurance-based building repairs. This is a dual role involving both on-site project supervision and office-based project coordination. You will be responsible for coordinating trades and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for high-quality repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor budgets, project timelines, and quality to ensure smooth, compliant delivery.
  • Meet client KPIs and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Work within our Loop software system and insurance client portals.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and project progress to ensure smooth delivery.
About You
  • Knowledge of insurance repairs and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent client management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Strong time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Current QBCC Supervisor Licence.
  • Experience in domestic and/or commercial building repairs.
  • General computer proficiency with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Sound knowledge of Building Codes, NCC, QBCC Standards & Tolerances, and WHS regulations.
  • A strong commitment to safety.
