Job Description

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading the Demand Management and Logistics Service during a major hospital redevelopment. Your key objective will be to drive patient flow, innovation, and system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and outcomes
  • Enhance access to care through efficient flow and discharge planning
  • Support alternative care models and innovative service delivery
  • Embed sustainable improvement aligned with our strategic goals

You will coach and mentor staff, drive redesign and improvement projects, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

You are a dynamic leader with a strong background in nursing management, project delivery, and clinical redesign. You thrive in complex, high-volume environments and can balance strategic vision with operational excellence.
