About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the Demand Management and Logistics service at John Hunter Hospital. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for driving patient flow, innovation, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-impact service during a major hospital redevelopment
- Drive redesign and improvement projects to enhance patient experience and outcomes
- Coach and mentor staff to deliver initiatives that improve access to care and support alternative care models
