As a key player in our digital transformation, you'll be responsible for elevating our global social media strategies to new heights.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage organic activity on our social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X) to strengthen our brand presence
  • Create engaging content that brings our brand personalities to life and profiles our people and culture
  • Respond to incoming messages and commentary on our social channels and work closely with senior stakeholders globally to manage issues requiring escalation
  • Develop and implement a social-first culture within SiteMinder, supporting the upskilling of team members
  • Produce detailed monthly reporting on agreed KPIs and optimize results

About You:

  • Experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in a B2B client environment
  • A strong understanding of organic and paid social media, including platforms, targeting approaches, and best practices
  • Superior ability to write fresh, succinct, engaging social copy while incorporating brand personality, tone of voice, and key messaging
  • Creative flair to produce visually striking content
  • Ability to turn technical jargon into consumable, meaningful copy
  • Analytically minded when it comes to insights from social media metrics and the ability to optimize
  • Strong rapport-building skills with key stakeholders, including a global senior leadership team
  • Passionate about social media with a positive attitude and keenness to learn
  • Deadline-driven and organized, with an ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time
