About the Role

Havas Media Australia is seeking an experienced Digital Content and Social Media Account Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing integrated accounts and delivering creative excellence in the social media and content space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, including major beauty brands;
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet client objectives and exceed expectations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Media, and PR, to deliver seamless campaigns;
  • Analyze data and insights to inform campaign decisions and optimize results;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and support;
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing integrated accounts in a creative agency;
  • Strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing principles;
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
