Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Content Creator to join our social content creation team within the Homes vertical. As a Content Creator, you'll be responsible for creating and posting engaging content on Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook to grow our audiences.

Your daily operations will include:

  • Ideating and creating innovative content to tight deadlines
  • Collaborating with the Social Centre of Excellence and other teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Implementing social media content schedules and calendars
  • Using analytic tools to inform content creation decisions

You'll work closely with the Digital Editor and team to adapt content strategy based on performance results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A deep understanding of creating short-form video and engaging content for social media platforms
  • A passion for social media and visual content creation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

You'll also need experience managing social media, reporting, and third-party scheduling programs.

What We Offer

As a Content Creator at Are Media, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
