Manufacturing Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to join our team at our Lynbrook site.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our Contract Manufacturing department by providing administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external customers.

  • Provide administrative support to the team including coordination of projects and business support functions
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to ensure seamless operations within the Contract Manufacturing department
  • Evaluate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner while ensuring all activities comply with legal and ethical standards and company policies and procedures
Your Skills & Experience:
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of MS Excel and other software applications relevant to the role
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all work undertaken
