Job Description:

As a seasoned manufacturing expert, you will join our Operations team at our Clayton South Factory in an environment where no two days are the same. Your role will be to coordinate all shift activities to achieve daily production objectives and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing within a multi-process/multiple production line environment, preferably with wet and dry manufacturing environments. They should hold a Certificate IV Competitive Manufacturing and possess strong communication skills. A proven track record in a coordination or indirect leadership role supporting a large production team is essential.

Additional requirements include the ability to maintain calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and demonstrate technical know-how with a deep understanding of material flow and Stores roles. Working knowledge of H&S, GMP, and HACCP is also necessary. Prior experience with a large CRM or SAP system is preferred but not mandatory.
