Key Manufacturing Role

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations across purchasing, inventory management, production documentation, and outbound logistics with a strong focus on precision, supply chain continuity, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate despatch and outbound freight with logistics partners.
  • Manage purchasing, supplier communication, and procurement planning.
  • Oversee inventory control, receipting, and cycle counts.
  • Perform final quality checks on products before despatch.
  • Closure of work orders and assurance of accurate production documentation.
  • Support the team by leading by example and resolving any issues constructively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment with some experience in procurement, dispatch, and inventory management.
  • Strong forecasting and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous leadership or team coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
