Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
- We are seeking two experienced Manufacturing Operations Specialists to join our team in a filling manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate will report to the Senior Manufacturing Area Manager and be responsible for coordinating activities within a production team to manufacture therapeutic products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate process development and innovation within the manufacturing plant.
- Support the relevant manufacturing area during technology transfer, capacity upgrades, process development, process optimization, and process standardization.
- E nsure staff under your supervision is appropriately trained to conduct their tasks in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Coordinate routine validation and maintenance activities within the Department.
- Build and maintain strong lateral relationships with internal stakeholders to secure support to meet the department's business needs and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, process, and yield improvements for products manufactured within the department.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in science or engineering, or relevant experience.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or allied industry involving line management.
- Superior technical skills in manufacturing and quality processes and systems.
- Extensive knowledge of cGMP.
- Strong understanding of quality systems including handling of process deviations, change controls, and quality records.
