Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of our e-commerce website and marketplace shops to ensure they are current and functioning.
  • Manage product data, pricing, and inventory levels across all online channels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with IT and web development teams to optimize website performance, improve user experience, and implement new features and functionalities as needed.
  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media engagement, to drive sales.
  • Design and produce marketing assets to support promotional campaigns, including visuals and content for digital channels.
  • Support our customer service function for the best customer experience by liaising with other team members to provide correct information and responses.
  • Help with various operational tasks as needed, including inventory planning, working with suppliers, and logistic partners to minimize stockouts and reduce lead times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with ecommerce storefronts (preferably Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Experience managing marketplace shops on ebay, Amazon, Catch.
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • EDM experience, preferably Mailchimp or similar tool.
  • Adobe Photoshop/In Design or Illustrator, or other online tools such as Canva and similar tools for video creatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Social Media management, content management will be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories would be advantageous.
