About the Role

Volkswagen Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager with website maintenance, updates, and project management.

We have a National Sales Centre based in Sydney, home to some of Australia's most recognisable brands, including Audi, CUPRA, Skoda, and Volkswagen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular website maintenance with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Work closely with product, sales, and planning teams on updates, models, and website inclusions and applications
  • Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and PV Marketing Teams to brief new vehicle data requirements to agencies for marketing purposes
  • Align customer communication touch points with the Sales & Dealer network
  • Project Manage Tier 2 Website and Digital Projects (OneHub Roll-Outs, New OneHub Features) in alignment with Digital and Ecommerce Manager
Requirements
  • Hands-on operational experience within digital marketing and website management principles
  • Experience using website content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong experience in managing and dealing with agencies and third-party suppliers
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Practical problem-solving skills with an operational focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
