About the Role

Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA) is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager with a range of activities, including website maintenance, product updates, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and monitor website performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and planning teams to ensure effective updates and inclusions on the website.
  • Work with agencies to brief new vehicle data requirements for marketing purposes.
  • Align customer communication touch points with sales and dealer networks.
  • Project manage Tier 2 website and digital projects, ensuring alignment with digital and ecommerce manager.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Hands-on operational experience in digital marketing and website management.
  • Experience using website content management systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong experience in managing and dealing with agencies and third-party suppliers.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail.
  • Practical problem-solving skills with an operational focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
