
After Hours Patient Flow Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage patient flow across the district and with other Local Health Districts (LHDs). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves working across a 7-day rotating roster, coordinating patient care, and monitoring Ambulance Transfer of Care (ToC) as the CCLHD delegate. Collaborating closely with healthcare teams is essential to ensure safe and timely care for every patient.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior nurse looking to contribute at a system-wide level, making a real difference after hours when it matters most.
About You- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Background in Patient Flow, Emergency Nursing, or Nurse Unit Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
