**About the Role**

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Staffing & Rostering Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing and rostering our casual staff across all of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist managers in filling short term vacant shifts with appropriate casual staff
  • Effective utilisation of Riteq scheduling & rostering tool
  • Comply to SCHADS Award and funding requirements
  • Partnerships with Payroll and frontline teams
  • Ensure casual staff availability is optimised
  • Update training and skills register for casual staff
  • Obtain and provide performance feedback for casual staff

About You:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Time management and an ability to multi-task
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
  • Experience in utilising large rostering systems (desirable)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong team player and aligned to company values
  • Willingness to work flexible work hours
