Job Title: Staffing Administrator

Amazon is looking for a highly skilled Staffing Administrator to join their team. This role will be responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding of new associates, auditing compliance to defined processes and procedures, and continually identifying and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates for Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers
  • Support with auditing the compliance to defined processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting, and Associate Experience
  • Continually identify and implement process improvements
  • Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information between key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Experience in confidential environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of human resources experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
