Technical Service Professional

Are you seeking an exciting career opportunity with a global OEM that offers skill enhancement and personal support? As a Resident Field Service Technician, you will service clients in the Southern Highlands by providing skilled and efficient maintenance and repair of customer equipment.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with plenty of overtime available. You'll work autonomously across multiple client sites and quarries, supported not just professionally but personally too. Our employees are encouraged to complete two courses per year, which you'll be paid to do.

As a Resident Field Service Technician, you'll get to start your day from home and enjoy a wide variety of equipment with minimal commuting time. Your knowledge, skills, and abilities will play a critical role in ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and repair of customer equipment
  • Ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Working autonomously across multiple client sites and quarries
  • Supporting clients with breakdowns, repairs, and diagnostics

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Cert III or Equivalent in Mobile Plant Mechanics or Heavy Commercial
  • Experience working as a Field Service Technician (preferred)
  • Valid driver's Licence
  • MR or HR license
  • Auto Electrical experience and qualifications (highly regarded)
  • Safety-focused mindset
  • Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
