Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring stock is received, documented, labelled, stored, and presented accurately on a daily basis.

This includes monitoring and managing inventory levels, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, checking deliveries, picking orders, driving a forklift within the warehouse environment, and assisting the Warehouse Team Leader with daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize waste.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Picking and Packing: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Forklift Operation: Drive a forklift within the warehouse environment to transport stock and materials.
  • Team Support: Assist the Warehouse Team Leader with daily responsibilities and provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Experience: Experience with high reach forklifts and warehouse operations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Focused on attention to detail and accuracy.
