**About the Role**

Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced HR professionals to provide vital support to our HR Operations on a temporary basis.

You will work closely with leadership teams, employees, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation and contribute to strategic HR outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide HR Advice and Support: Offer expert guidance to managers, employees, and stakeholders on HR-related matters.
  • Lead or Assist in Recruitment**: Coordinate recruitment processes, including onboarding and induction programs.
  • Develop and Implement HR Protocols: Create, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Facilitate Performance Management: Manage employee performance, resolve workplace grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate HR Systems and Reporting: Ensure accurate record-keeping, data analysis, and reporting.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • HR Experience**: A proven track record in HR, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems.
  • Educational Requirements**: For HR Coordinators: A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. For HR Officers: A minimum Diploma in Human Resources and relevant work experience.
  • Essential Skills**: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to interpret awards, agreements, and employment legislation.
  • Desirable Skills**: Experience working in local government or unionised environments, knowledge of HR systems, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (for HR Coordinators).
