We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at our Brisbane office. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing expert payroll services, technical support, and reporting to ensure smooth and accurate payroll processing for all employees.

About the Role

  • This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary package with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
  • You will work closely with our HR teams, sites, and external partners to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Your key responsibilities will include implementing and optimizing SAP and SuccessFactors as the end-to-end Payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payroll preparation, reconciliation, and execution for all employees, and providing technical and reporting support to the Manager Payroll and wider teams.

About You

  • You have strong knowledge of Australian payroll laws and legislation, proficiency in payroll systems (SAP preferred), and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You possess proactive communication and collaboration skills, and are able to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications in Payroll, HR, or related fields are essential for this role.

Salary Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes superannuation, generous leave entitlements, and other benefits.
