The Role

As a full-time HRBP, you'll work closely with our management team, providing strategic HR support and guidance.

You'll be part of a close-knit team of 6 who provide end-to-end HR and payroll support.

Your day-to-day will involve engaging with managers, shaping company culture, and driving positive change.

From recruitment to HR advice, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources and/or relevant experience as a People and Culture Business Partner or HR generalist.
  • Strong HR knowledge in a medium-sized organisation and Australian employment legislation understanding.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
