Skilled Laborer Opportunity with Randstad

Randstad is currently seeking skilled laborers to work for a national client engaged in a variety of maintenance work for Sydney Water across multiple sites.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent, ongoing employment with ample overtime possibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual handling tasks
  • Operate vehicles/trucks and drive to and from sites
  • Completing pre-start checks of trucks, vehicles, and equipment
  • Feeding rods and camera snakes through pipes
  • Unreeling, lifting, moving, and using high-pressure jet hoses
  • Emptying wet wells
  • Setting up and using gas monitoring equipment
  • Working in confined spaces
  • Set up/pack down jobs/equipment
Requirements
  • Valid Working at Heights Ticket within 2 years
  • Valid White Card
  • MR/HR Truck Drivers License Desired
  • Current First Aid Certification
Additional Information

Workers will be involved in various tasks related to maintaining Sydney Water assets, receiving training across different sections including:

  • Silt and Debris
  • Clean Up
  • Project-based work

  • Effluent cleanup
  • Stormwater
