About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our team at HammondCare, working in the Morning Shift from 6am to 2pm. As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing scheduling services to our clients in the Illawarra region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency, and fairness, while maintaining care worker contracted hours.
  • Actively participate as a member of the centralised support team and provide system and staff administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of care services.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
