Key Responsibilities- Act as the face of the organization to customers, supporting them to get the most from the platform.
- Establish and grow strong customer relationships, remaining accountable for customer happiness throughout their journey.
- Advocate for customers, continually improving the customer experience.
- Work closely with technical team members to address and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Guide schools to integrate the platform into daily practice, improving teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.
- Coordinate customer and Partner queries with the Technical Support and Product teams, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Proactively seek customer feedback, directly apply feedback where possible, and relay insights to team members to continually improve.
- Work closely with the Technical Support and Product teams to guide customers through the onboarding process.
- Design and facilitate engaging professional learning sessions for teachers and school leaders, both online and face-to-face.
- Help create practical resources that support teachers in the classroom.
- Experience working with educators and in the K-12 education sector, particularly with teaching experience.
- Exceptional relationship cultivation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- A customer-first mindset, empathising with the situations faced by schools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable having various conversations with stakeholders.
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills, combining forces for ideal outcomes.
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt in the face of evolving product features, using this knowledge in training and triage.
- Confidence in coaching school staff on our platform to support best practice.
- Education technology skills, particularly an understanding of the challenges schools face in rolling out new platforms.
Our organisation offers flexibility in work locations, requiring staff to work from our office in Carlton for at least 40% of their week.
