Porter Position

We are seeking a passionate and welcoming individual to fill the role of Porter at our luxurious five-star hotel.

Located in the heart of Broadbeach, just 200m from stunning sandy beaches, our hotel offers a range of amenities including beautifully appointed rooms and suites, bars, restaurants, event spaces, a multi-level pool and fitness centre.

About the Job
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour, assisting with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Familiarize yourself with the hotel facilities and services to provide assistance to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and porte-cochère areas, clearing debris and arranging seating as needed.
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants and activities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, booking taxis, limousines and airport transfers as required.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism at all times.
Your Qualifications
  • Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • A strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work are essential.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift times, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A valid full Australian driver's licence is required.
