You will play a key role in delivering service excellence, working closely with your colleagues to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities- Anticipate and respond to the needs of our guests, providing prompt and efficient service that exceeds their expectations.
- Ensure a warm and friendly welcome for all guests during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Promote and up-sell hotel facilities and services by developing strong product and service knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and understand the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on our guests' experiences.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
- Similar experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel (an advantage).
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
