Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Front Office All Rounder to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences by responding promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and for the duration of our guests' stays.
  • Offer assistance with luggage and other porterage duties to ensure seamless guest journeys.
  • Maintain accuracy of guest accounts on departure, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
  • Promote hotel facilities through strong product knowledge, providing personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, adhering to procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions, as well as accounting documentation.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
