Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with customers, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and present business solutions that showcase the value of our products. Your primary objective will be to recruit, develop, and effectively lead a team of talented solution engineers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of solution engineers
  • Provide technical thought leadership to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customers and sales leaders to design and present business solutions
  • Refine solution engineering processes to maximize customer value and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in technical pre-sales, including at least 8 years of people leadership experience
  • Demonstrable track record of achievement in technical pre-sales leadership roles
  • Excellent knowledge of network security technologies and cloud computing
