We're on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform, and compliance workloads. This is a client-facing role that blends technical depth with consultative precision, offering autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Own

  • Lead technical delivery across Microsoft 365, Purview, SharePoint, and Power Platform
  • Architect scalable, defensible solutions with clear documentation and governance
  • Support presales activities including solution input, BOMs, and validation
  • Deliver workshops, training, and enablement sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Maintain operational governance and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Create Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Briefs, and As-Built documentation
  • Configure Microsoft Purview for DLP, sensitivity labels, archiving, and records management
  • Manage SharePoint and Teams archival settings, retention policies, and lifecycle automation
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery with scope alignment and milestone tracking
  • Conduct technical assessments, solution demonstrations, and Proof of Concept sessions

What You'll Bring – Qualifications & Experience Required

  • 10+ years of experience specialising in Microsoft solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting or managed services roles
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Purview
  • Strong understanding of CSP licensing models and tenant-level governance
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops and technical assessments
  • Hands-on experience with AvePoint for migration and policy enforcement
  • Exceptional documentation skills (HLDs, detailed designs, SOWs, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements with autonomy and precision
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  • Microsoft and industry-recognised certifications, preferably across PowerPlatform – highly desirable.
