This is a client-facing role that blends technical depth with consultative precision, offering autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real impact.What You'll OwnLead technical delivery across Microsoft 365, Purview, SharePoint, and Power PlatformArchitect scalable, defensible solutions with clear documentation and governanceSupport presales activities including solution input, BOMs, and validationDeliver workshops, training, and enablement sessions for clients and internal teamsMaintain operational governance and contribute to continuous improvementCreate Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Briefs, and As-Built documentationConfigure Microsoft Purview for DLP, sensitivity labels, archiving, and records managementManage SharePoint and Teams archival settings, retention policies, and lifecycle automationLead end-to-end project delivery with scope alignment and milestone trackingConduct technical assessments, solution demonstrations, and Proof of Concept sessionsWhat You'll Bring – Qualifications & Experience Required10+ years of experience specialising in Microsoft solutions5+ years of experience in a consulting or managed services rolesDeep knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and PurviewStrong understanding of CSP licensing models and tenant-level governanceProven ability to lead client workshops and technical assessmentsHands-on experience with AvePoint for migration and policy enforcementExceptional documentation skills (HLDs, detailed designs, SOWs, etc.)Ability to manage multiple engagements with autonomy and precisionHold a bachelor's degree in Information TechnologyMicrosoft and industry-recognised certifications, preferably across PowerPlatform – highly desirable.Work with Australia's best clients on complex, rewarding projectsAccess elite training, vendor pathways, and career progressionBe part of a high-performing, collaborative team that values innovationEnjoy flexible working, industry recognition, and a culture that backs your growthProudly certified as one of Australia's Best Workplaces and Best Workplaces for WomenPerks include monthly food trucks, fresh fruit, modern breakout spaces, and more
