Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with I.T issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage IOS and Android devices through Microsoft Intune
  • Perform monthly Windows machine patching and application deployments using SCCM 2012
  • Administer Microsoft server 2012 and 2016 including Active Directory
  • Perform server health checks and group policy administration
  • Provide support for MS Exchange Server 2013
  • Administer Azure Active directory
  • Manage Konica Minolta printers via YSOFT and troubleshoot printer issues
  • Use BMC Remedy force tool for incidents, service requests and change management
  • Familiarity with Service Now ITSM Platform
  • Follow up on all calls and control high priority issues
  • Troubleshoot MS Office 2016 and Office 365 issues
  • Create O365 Mailbox, distribution list and shared mailbox
  • Troubleshoot outlook issues
  • Install software's and troubleshoot application related issues
  • Manage hardware and software CMDB
  • Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot issues
  • Provide on call and on-site support
  • Troubleshoot Network, VPN and Switches related issues
  • Perform Data Center tasks
  • Monitor SCOM and Nagios alerts and resolve issues
  • Manage user accounts, assemble desks for new users and depart users
  • Respond to user issues via email, phone and in person
  • Support VIP users
  • Diagnose and support AV systems like Polycom
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, problem solving and time management skills
  • Experience with Toshiba, Dell, Microsoft Surface, Lenovo, HP and MAC laptops
  • Re-image laptops
  • Work on Windows 10, 8 and 7 machines and troubleshoot issues
  • Support Microsoft System Center 2016 Virtual Machine Manager
  • Support OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to customers
  • Develop, maintain and manage relationships with customers
  • Strong Windows Server / Active Directory skills and experience
  • Provide remote support through Phone and other tools
  • Troubleshoot Network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi)
  • Monitor security patch updates
  • Compliance and security knowledge pertaining to patching windows
