We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Telecommunications Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Lumus Imaging in Sydney.

Lumus Group is a leading diagnostic services provider with a national network of 150 imaging centers and hospitals. We are undergoing an exciting strategic transformation journey to reimagine healthcare and deliver customer-centric health services leveraging the latest technologies.

About the Role:

Job Overview
  • We are looking for a talented individual to design, implement, and manage core systems and services that support Lumus' IT operations in on-premises and cloud environments.
  • You will play a key role in delivering scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deploy infrastructure, EUC, and telecommunication solutions to support end-to-end services.
  2. Provide L3 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  3. Manage and maintain Lumus' Standard Operating and Disaster Recovery Environments.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  5. Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  6. Ensure high availability, security, and performance of systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT, computer science, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
  • 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience within large, multi-site organisations.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex solutions to tight timelines and budgets.
