Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our enterprise-wide people initiatives, driving growth and capability through strategic talent acquisition and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract high-performing talent and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the learning and development function, ensuring scalable training programs and organisational compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop leaders through various interventions and drive culture and engagement strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion, delivering our DEI strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan.
  • Partner with CRH Group counterparts to align programs with global standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organisational development and broad People and Culture background.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and deep understanding of learning, leadership development and change management principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills, along with experience in change management and workforce planning.
  • A passion for people, performance and purpose.
