Strategic Cyber Capability Developer

Cyber Managers play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our security posture across multiple locations in Australia. As part of our Engineering & Technology leadership team, you'll play a crucial part in building capability, supporting program delivery, and partnering with functional leaders to solve complex challenges.
About the Role- Provide strategic leadership in the development, governance, and management of our Cyber capability.
- Lead the delivery of cyber governance, risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks, tools, and strategies.
- Oversee initiatives in education, awareness, audit methodologies, frameworks, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with other functional leaders to deliver pragmatic, innovative solutions across programs.
- Lead and mentor Cyber professionals to maximise their potential and contribution.
- Ensure robust functional governance of projects and bids.
- Guide functional leadership on cyber engineering policies and processes.
- Share accountability for program execution and delivery of Cyber work packages.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Extensive experience in Cyber governance and technical leadership within acquisition and sustainment programs.
- A proven track record of leading teams and individuals to achieve outstanding results.
