Job Overview

The Global Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the payroll function across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate execution of day-to-day processes.

This senior role will lead a global payroll team, driving continuous improvement and growth within the team. The manager will be responsible for leading key transformation projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant execution.

Key responsibilities include owning relationships with outsourced payroll providers, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Delivering reliable, complete, and transparent payroll information and analysis, this role supports business decision-making and maintains robust internal controls.

Ensuring payroll compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements, protecting employees and the organization, is also a critical aspect of this position.
