At St Vincent's Care, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing care sensitive to resident's individualized needs, preferences, and choices, and committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications are essential.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
- Must be available to work various shifts (AM, PM, and Night shifts) on a permanent basis.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with the ability to maintain excellent records.
- Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with the ability to follow the care plan.
