Key Role: We are seeking a seasoned Acquisition Manager to join our team, focusing on sourcing and delivering land and asset acquisitions that underpin our future growth.

About the Role:

The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying secure new development opportunities across Sydney and NSW, including greenfield sites, infill projects, and value-add assets. You will lead end-to-end transaction management: feasibility modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, legal negotiations, consultant engagement, and Board submissions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Building detailed development feasibilities, cash flow models, and business cases to inform investment decisions
  • Leveraging local networks of agents, landowners, consultants, and development partners to access on- and off-market opportunities
  • Negotiating favourable outcomes that meet financial, strategic, and sustainability objectives

About the Ideal Candidate:

You are a commercially-minded property professional with a strong track record in real estate transactions and development acquisitions. You bring experience, skills, and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property finance or a related field
  • 7+ years post-graduate experience in Sydney's real estate market with deep local knowledge and established relationships
  • Advanced skills in feasibility modelling, valuation, and financial analysis
