About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our APAC TA Cluster, you will be responsible for providing expert strategy planning, support, and delivery to our agency portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute effective talent acquisition plans that meet the needs of our business, including creating talent pipelines and succession planning for hard-to-fill roles.
  2. Identify, develop, and execute strategic hiring plans for critical and complex roles that have enterprise-wide impact, challenging traditional competitors and finding alternative talent sources.
  3. Research and implement new ways of working, processes, and technologies to build the talent pipeline across each agency, encouraging a proactive approach to recruitment.
  4. Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging talent, ensuring a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion within talent practices, and educating hiring leaders on how to leverage diverse talent.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market, industry, and talent trends relevant to recruitment, sharing knowledge and findings throughout the team.
  6. Maintain competitive intelligence on key industry talent, building a talent database to ensure we can quickly approach top talent ahead of our growth needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience working as a senior talent consultant within an in-house talent acquisition/recruitment function, ideally from a media background.
  • A track record of dealing with high volumes of roles and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with ambiguity in a complex matrix structure.
  • Highly solutions-driven, adaptable, and possessing a strong growth mindset, with a proven ability to drive innovative talent attraction strategies and influence hiring decisions through data.
