About the Role

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead will lead proactive talent sourcing for school-based positions across NSW, to inform critical strategic workforce initiatives and projects across School Workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement contemporary and value-adding recruitment sourcing strategies within complex environments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and design fit-for-purpose strategies that are responsive to workforce initiatives across the School Workforce Directorate.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and review complex workforce strategies and policy issues to drive informed decision-making.
  • Build relationships and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and potential candidates.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
  • Proven experience across one or a range of HR/Recruitment strategic functions.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's and upholding the and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
About You

You will be a seasoned talent sourcing strategist with previous experience leading recruitment projects, creating talent pipelines, and recommending innovative talent sourcing strategies that drive informed decision-making.

You are a collaborative, agile, and disciplined professional who thrives working in an environment where you can problem-solve for clients and deliver outcomes for all students of NSW.
