Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Develop and lead succession planning efforts, ensuring readiness for key leadership roles.
  • Establish and enhance performance management frameworks to foster continuous development and feedback.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with the organization's objectives.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent management space.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of learning and career development programs.
  • Utilise HR analytics to evaluate the impact of talent initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • Ideally, 15 years in talent management, HR, or related fields, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong ability to develop strategic plans and lead distributed teams effectively.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, learning, capability uplift, and performance management strategies.
  • Experience in complex organisations as well as smaller environments is ideal.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision with operational needs.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
