About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies that deliver top talent and maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain a rich network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
  • Recommend visionary ideas and strategies that fuel our long-term growth and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct insightful interviews that assess candidates against Amazon's Leadership Principles and position requirements.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that elevate our interviewing techniques, talent pipelines, and overall recruiting excellence.

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience recruiting for mid-senior level talent
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Strong consulting and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • A customer-centric mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools
