Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a talent attraction plan that targets top-tier talent
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including founders and their teams
- Provide guidance and resources on best practice talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
- Manage the Airtree talent platform and track candidate and portfolio engagement metrics
- Ensure our portfolio companies have access to accurate total compensation benchmarks
As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success. You'll be responsible for creating a powerful talent network that aligns and connects top-tier talent with the hiring needs of our portfolio companies.
You'll work closely with our portfolio companies to understand their hiring plans, employer brand, culture, and recruiting processes. You'll then match candidates to portfolio opportunities through introductions and referrals.
Additionally, you'll provide guidance and resources on best practice talent acquisition and employer branding strategies, including help with setting up recruitment processes, creating content on talent acquisition and employer branding, and managing external recruiters.
You'll also be responsible for advocating for top talent to join the startup ecosystem and proactively thinking of new ways to help us connect talent with ANZ's startup community.
