Physiotherapist - Sydney - Outer South West

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care and Community. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized treatments and work collaboratively with our clients to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- In the community, you will work with clients referred through government-funded models, including Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
- You will provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support clients' activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care, and skin integrity management.
- You will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of our organization and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.
