Caregiver - South West Sydney

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Estia Health in South West Sydney. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, identifying and escalating any concerns or changes in resident needs
- Participate in person-centered care planning, respecting residents' routines and preferences
- Support residents to engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
- Empathy and compassion for older adults and their challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent qualification)
