Physiotherapist Role at Mediix

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Private Practice Physiotherapist to join our established clinic in Sydney's south western suburbs on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy to patients, utilizing various techniques and modalities to promote optimal recovery
  • Prescribe and demonstrate exercises to help patients regain their mobility and strength
  • Monitor and document patients' progress throughout their treatment, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Educate patients and their families on self-management techniques and exercises they can continue at home, promoting long-term health and wellness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of physiotherapy, actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes
