We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care and Community. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized treatments and work collaboratively with our clients to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Work in the community, providing services to clients referred through government-funded models, including Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and Private funding.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities, working within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.

Requirements:
