Physiotherapist - Inner West Sydney

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Inner West Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established multi-disciplinary team who share a passion for delivering high-quality care to our clients.
Your Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.
- Develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community, promoting independence and restoring functional independence.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive care services.
- Utilise your postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community, to inform your practice.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within our team.
- You hold a degree in Physiotherapy and are currently registered with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- You are committed to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on promoting the well-being and independence of our clients.
