We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in Residential Aged Care and Community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support clients' activities of daily living, mobility, and falls risk prevention.
- Provide personalized treatments and interventions to address clients' physical and functional needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that promote clients' independence and well-being.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
