Job Opportunity

The role of a Service Delivery Operations professional involves overseeing the maintenance and accuracy of accounting records for funds administered, ensuring adherence to controls for fund accounting processes. This requires advanced problem-solving skills and influencing better outcomes for teams and clients.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate accounting records for each fund, adhering to prescribed controls for fund accounting processes.
  2. Investigate and resolve issues where accounting transactions breach system validation tolerances, applying advanced problem-solving skills.
  3. Implement operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and timely, partnering with operations teams, technology, product, sales, and program management.
  4. Identify and address vulnerabilities in fund servicing processes, leveraging continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and resilience.
Essential Qualifications
  • Expertise in fund accounting and administration, with at least five years of experience focusing on maintaining accurate accounting records, evidenced by successful management of related tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues related to accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with validation tolerances.
  • Ability to implement operational procedures and controls, enhancing cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures.
  • Emotional intelligence skills, building trusting relationships and influencing better outcomes for teams and clients.
